I forgot my Username and Password!

No worries, you can use our Online Password Lookup Tool and have the details sent to you. If you continue to have problems, then please contact support for further assistance.

I haven't received my username and password!

Your username and password details have been sent to the email address used when you purchased your membership. If you used a bogus email address, made a mistake with your email address, or simply do not remember which email account you used, then please contact us directly.

Please be sure to check your Spam folder within your email client. Spam filters love to eat our emails since our domain names include adult words.

If you just purchased your membership you may need to wait up to 15 minutes for your login details to start working. It should be instant, but sometimes the Internet burps and things take a little longer than normal. If you continue to have login problems then please contact support directly.

Usernames and Passwords are CaSeSenSitIvE

Both your username and password are casesensitive. They "must" be entered with the exact Capital and Lowercase letters received in your confirmation email.

Is Your Membership Active?

You may have previously cancelled your membership or your billing cycle may have ended. If this has happened then your membership details would have been removed from our database. The quickest way to solve this problem is sign back up again!

Everything Is Correct But I can't Login!

Contact Us and then make sure your cookies are on. Our login system uses a temporary cookie to secure your login information. The cookie is set to expire after 3 hours and does and does not save anything on your computer.

  • Under the 'Tools' menu, click 'Internet Options'
  • Click the 'Privacy' tab
  • Click the 'Advanced' button
  • Put a check mark in the box for 'Override Automatic Cookie Handling', put another check mark in the 'Always accept session cookies' box.
  • Click OK
  • Click OK
  • Restart Internet Explorer

  • Select TOOLS from the top menu bar - a drop down menu will appear.
  • Select INTERNET OPTIONS.
  • Click on PRIVACY from the top tabs.
  • Click on the ADVANCED button. This will bring up a new pop up window.
  • Ensure that Override Automatic Cookie Handing is ticked.
  • Check the Always Allow Session Cookies box.
  • Click on OK .This will return you to the security screen in Internet Options.
  • Click on APPLY.
  • Click on OK to save changes.

Enabling Session Cookies with Internet Explorer 5

  • Select TOOLS from the top menu bar - a drop down menu will appear.
  • Select INTERNET OPTIONS.
  • Click on SECURITY from the top tabs.
  • Click on the CUSTOM LEVEL button.
  • Scroll down to COOKIES - Allow per-session cookies (not stored).
  • Ensure that ENABLE is selected.
  • Click on OK to save changes.

Enabling Session Cookies with Mozilla Firefox

  • Click on the Tools-menu in Mozilla
  • Click on the Options... item in the menu - a new window opens
  • Click on the Privacy selection in the left part of the window.
  • Expand the Cookies section.
  • Check the Enable cookies and Accept cookies normally checkboxes.
  • Save changes by clicking Ok and go to one of the configuration pages again

Enabling Session Cookies with Older Mozilla Browsers

  • Click on the Edit-menu in Mozilla
  • Click on the Preferences... item in the menu - a new window opens
  • Expand the Privacy & Security selection in the left part of the window.
  • Click on the Cookies selection.
  • Check the Enable all cookies checkbox.
  • Save changes by clicking Ok.

Enabling Session Cookies with Netspcae 7.x

  • Click on the Edit-menu in Netscape
  • Click on the Preferences... item in the menu - a new window opens
  • Expand the Privacy & Security selection in the left part of the window.
  • Click on the Cookies selection.
  • Under Cookie Acceptance Policy - either check the Enable all cookies checkbox or Allow cookies based on policy settings.
  • If Allow cookies based on policy settings is selected, click on View and ensure that the level is at low or medium
  • Save changes by clicking Ok.

  • Click on the Edit-menu in Netscape
  • Click on the Preferences... item in the menu - a new window opens
  • Expand the Advanced selection in the left part of the window.
  • Click on the Cookies selection.
  • Check the Enable all cookies setting
  • Save changes by clicking Ok.

Enabling Session Cookies with Opera 7.x

  • Click on the Tools-menu in Opera
  • Click on the Preferences... item in the menu - a new window opens
  • Click on the Privacy selection near the bottom left of the window.
  • The Enable cookies checkbox must be checked, and Accept all cookies should be selected in the "Normal coookies" drop-down.
  • Save changes by clicking Ok.
